The official journal of the Association of Collegiate Schools of Planning is the Journal of Planning Education & Research (JPER).
JPER is a forum for planning educators and scholars (from both academia and practice) to present results from teaching and research that advance the profession and improve planning practice. Members receive the quarterly printed journal and can view the JPER online, including archives of articles dating back to the first issue of the first volume published in July of 1981! JPER is published by SAGE Publications in association with the Association of Collegiate Schools of Planning.

Free Access to Institutions in the Developing World
JPER's publisher, SAGE, gives free access to institutions in the developing world through HINARI, part of the Research4Life program. 200 countries are eligible to receive free access based on the annual GDP per capita, though currently only 108 have registered with HINARI to give access to their schools.
