This online form is for members, association contributors, and affiliated organizations to submit plain-text information for mass distribution. Become an association contributor today! Or, if you are not a member, association contributor, or affiliated organization, you can purchase a 30-day planning news article.

The News Article Submission Form requires a few fields for contact information, a text box for your headline and one for article content, and an option to upload a photo. Relevant news items are generally published within 2-3 business days or sooner. News items that are approved for publishing will automatically expire from the website after 30 days.

Submitting your news is easy! Here are some guidelines to follow to maximize publication results.

  • When adding your article content, be sure to include links that will be activated when your article is published.
  • Image files include JPG, GIF, and PNG. PDF files of the article will not be accepted for copy/paste in the web management system, as it creates multiple default characters and spacing issues. Image files should be no larger than 1mb.
