For Students Attending the 2020 Virtual Conference

Make Your Donation Today

Donations are invited from anyone to help offset doctoral student registration to the conference! This is a transition program for 2020, and one we hope to once again provide for travel assistance for future ACSP annual conferences. Donations given this year will be shared with students this year. Use the link found on this page to make a donation specifically for this purpose. Unfortunately donations cannot be combined with payment during the conference registration process. There are many who will be immensely grateful for your contribution!

Distribution to Students
If and when sufficient funds are donated, ACSP will distribute them after the conference to students who have expressed a specific need.

Cash for Travel Awards Benefits More Students This Year

When the ACSP meets in person, students are invited to apply for travel awards. A specific number of $500 awards are provided for in the annual conference budget each year, and those selected for the award are also provided complimentary registration to the conference. In 2019, these travel awards became focused on doctoral students on the job market.

This year, the funding allocation for travel awards now provides for an unprecedented number of students since we only need provide complimentary registration. Complimentary registration this year is being provided for:

  • Winners of all student paper awards;
  • 100% of all students who originally applied for a travel award prior to the change in format to virtual;
  • All students accepted to attend the 2020 Doctoral Workshop in October;
  • All students accepted to attend the 2020 Pre-doctoral Workshop for Underrepresented Students of Color
