- Connect with the Global Planning Educators Interest Group (GPEIG)
Since 1998 the Global Planning Educators Interest Group (GPEIG) has worked under the umbrella of the Association of Collegiate Schools of Planning (ACSP) to bring together planning educators and students from North America to share, shape, and incorporate global perspectives in planning education and research, and to connect with colleagues and partners in other regions of the world.
- Join the Global Planning Education Committee (GPEC)
The charge of this committee is to prioritize and implement a set of activities that builds on the recommendations laid out in the 2019 Global Education Task Force report, Building Global Perspectives on Planning Education. This may include but is not limited to efforts to build the capacity of urban planning programs to address global issues, fully engage international students, and strengthen ties to and co-exchanges with planning institutions globally.
- View the GPEC Video Library
The ACSP Global Planning Education Committee (GPEC) is pleased to share with you a video library of talks and panels we (co)organized over the last year. We hope these will be a useful resource, particularly as you plan your syllabi or consider ways to strengthen the global dimensions of your programs' curriculum, research, and student recruitment.
