Room Availability & Additional Information

A specific number of rooms and room types are available at the contracted group rate until October 6 or until the room block sells out, whichever occurs first. Often the peak nights of the block, Thursday and Friday, sell out by early September. This doesn't mean the entire hotel is sold out. If the on-line process doesn't provide what you need, please call the hotels directly and make sure to tell them you're with the ACSP. If at some point the hotel block is sold out on peak nights, it is worth a call to the hotel periodically up until October 6 to see if space has opened up.

The guest rooms are offered to attendees, based on availability, three days before and three days after the event dates. Hotel fees are all quoted in Canadian dollars.

The check-in time is 3:00pm; check out is 12:00pm. All guests arriving before 3:00pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. Bellmen can arrange to check baggage for thsoe arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.

If a guest who has requested a room within the ACSP block checks out prior to the guest's reserved check-out date, the Hotel will add an early checkout fee to that guest's individual account (currently $100 CAN). Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

Individuals of the event are responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges upon checkout. Incidental charges must be paid in full prior to the guests' departure, with individual credit being established upon check-in.

Currently, in the province in which the hotel is located, all room rates are exclusive of a destination marketing fee of 2.66% of the room rate charges, plus applicable taxes of 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). Rates are quoted in Canadian funds and are on a per room, per night basis. Please note a $25 CAN charge is applicable for each adult over double-occupancy in a guest room with 4 adults total allowed per room.
