Room Availability & Additional Information

At both hotels, a specific number of rooms and room types are available at the contracted group rate until September 30, 2019 or until the room block sells out, whichever occurs first. Often the peak nights of the block, Thursday and Friday, sell out by early September. This doesn't mean the entire hotel is sold out. If the on-line process doesn't provide what you need, please call the hotels directly and make sure to tell them you're with the ACSP. If at some point the hotel block is sold out on peak nights, it is worth a call to the hotel periodically up until September 30 to see if space has opened up.

The guest room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes, service fees, and/or hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of the conference. Both hotels charge applicable state and local taxes at 10% with a 2% per night destination fee. Hotel reservations will be available in July. If you need to book your room before July, email conference@acsp.org for assistance.

Housing or Service Scam

ACSP does not hire a housing or service company to call or email our conference attendees or exhibitors for any reason, nor do we provide your email or telephone information to anyone. If you receive a call or email from a vendor other than an ACSP staff member (name@acsp.org), DO NOT provide them any information. If you’re unsure about a request, feel free to confirm the request by emailing ddodd@acsp.org.
