On-line Registration is Now Open! Click the "Register Here" Button Below
Glad you’re here to register! In these early days of the registration software opening, please let us know as soon as possible any quirks you might experience with the website, or help you might need by contacting ddodd@acsp.org. Better we know early in the process before 500 people try to register on the date of the early bird deadline! Thanks so much! We’re excited to see you all in Seattle. ~ Donna Dodd, Executive Director
Please read important information below then scroll to register.
- Everyone needs access credentials:
- ACSP will be using the Bravura conference software as we did last year. If you submitted an abstract this year, you should use those same access credentials for registration.
- If you cannot remember your access credentials, please use "forgot my password" at the Bravura site.
- Create a new account if you've never done so.
- If you are unable to complete your registration, the system will email you your access information to re-enter the site and complete at a later time.
- Once your registration is complete, you will receive a final email confirmation with payment details. If you do not receive this message (check your spam) but it may mean you didn't complete the process.
- You can log back into the system at any time to purchase additional tickets.
- Deadlines
- August 31 Early Registration - Save $50!! Every year, early registration
ends August 31. If you wait until August 31 and then experience problems with your registration, the ACSP may not be able to ensure the early fees will be applied.
- This year 8/31 is a Saturday, and ACSP staff do not work on the weekends.
- Early
fees are not available for One-Day Practitioner Registration, Student
Workshop Registration or A La Carte ticket purchases.
- October 11 Final Paper Submission Deadline - Those who anticipate making a paper presentation are expected to
turn in a final paper (not a PowerPoint file) by 10/11. If a final paper is not
received by the ACSP before the end of this date, the
presentation on the conference agenda will be changed to a
Research in Motion presentation. We cannot be flexible with this deadline.
- October 11 Presenter Registration Deadline - Everyone with their name on the agenda
- whether paper presenter, RiM
presenter, roundtable participant, facilitators, discussants, etc.
- must be registered
by end of this date otherwise the ACSP will assume you are
not attending and will remove your participation from the schedule. ACSP
cannot guarantee the same placement of your presentation if you
register after this date.
- September 1 through October 11 On-Time Registration - The fees listed in the chart below are for all registrations processed September 1 through end of day
October 11.
- October 12 through October 31 Late Registration
- All registration packages will increase in cost by $50 if processed between these dates.
- November 1 through November 9 is considered Walk-in Registration
- Those who decided late to be with us in Seattle are considered walk-in attendees and registration must be processed on-site at the conference. Late registration rates apply, and a la carte ticket options are limited, but we'd still love to see you with
us!
- For Members
- If you're creating a new account with Bravura, ACSP members must
use the email address that you used to create your ACSP membership
profile. Confirm the email address by checking the latest issue of the
Tuesday eNewsletter if you're unsure which email address we have on file
for you. You can also contact membership@acsp.org to ask.
- The
registration system will verify your membership using your email
address to provide the correct fees (discounted for members).
- An ACSP member can be:
- Faculty on the roster provided to the ACSP by your department.
- Paid Individual Faculty members (not supported by their university)
- Paid Retired Faculty members (not supported by a university)
- Paid Student Members
- For Non-Members:
- Important! If you believe you might be an ACSP member, but are unsure, please contact
membership@acsp.org before registering for the conference (non-member fees are higher!).
- If
it is confirmed you are not a member of the ACSP, the non-member
registration fee includes a one-year membership in the ACSP which will
begin December 1, 2024 - November 30, 2025. Be sure to check the box to
opt-into membership.
- Need help?
- The
registration platform has a Chat feature for assistance. Initially an
automated response is generated, but very quickly you will be chatting
with a live person.
- Please email membership@acsp.org with
any questions regarding your membership or conference registration. Be
advised, we may direct you to the registration site's chat feature, so
you might try that first!
- This
is still a new system for the ACSP, so please help us understand it's
quirks, be patient and we will assist every way we can. Thanks!
A Note About Abstract Submission and Conference Registration Fees
Conference
fees are set to
ensure that ACSP is able to cover costs including contracting with
vendors for conference related software including the abstract
submission system, and the conference registration
system, as well as all on-site provisions including food and
beverage, audio
visual equipment, printed materials and necessary staff which increases
during the season of the conference. Conference
fees also pay for awards, keynote speaker fees, AICP certification fees
charged by APA, and to enable the ACSP to continue to subsidize student
registration fees. The annual conference has historically
served as a revenue generator for ACSP necessary to support
initiatives such as faculty and student-focused workshops, ACSP
committees and interest group special
initiatives, and ACSP year-round staffing.

Registration
Cancellation Policy
As the days tick off toward ACSP2024, we
understand that changes happen. However, the ACSP incurs costs for the
conference at different points in time that would be considered a loss
due to registration cancellation. We have tried to provide a flexible
policy to mitigate loss by either the attendee or the ACSP.
- For cancellations requested on or before the end of day
September 1, ACSP will refund the registration fee minus a $50
cancellation fee.
- For cancellations on September 2 and before the end of
day September 19, ACSP will refund 75% of the registration fee (ACSP will
retain 25%), no documentation required.
- For cancellations on September 20 and before the end
of day October 1, ACSP will refund 50% of the registration fee (ACSP will
retain 50% of the fee), no documentation required.
- For cancellations on October 2 and before the end of
day October 14, ACSP will refund 25% of the registration fee (ACSP will
retain 75% of the fee).
- After November 1, ACSP will not consider refunds
without supporting evidence provided in writing and will decide on a
case-by-case basis after the conference is over. Supporting evidence for
hardships include medical receipts, flight cancellation documentation,
and the like.
Additional Tips for Registration
- Registering More Than One Person -
The registration system allows one individual at
a time to register, but it is a quick and easy form so registering
multiple people won't take too long. The ACSP only takes credit cards
for conference registration fees (no purchase orders, no invoices).
-
Justification Letter Template:
If you need help justifying attendance, ACSP has crafted a letter for attendees to edit as necessary and submit to the
appropriate individual or office in their department.
- Questions? Email membership@acsp.org for questions or assistance.
Conference Accessibility
We will ask on the
conference registration form if any attendee needs accommodation for the
in-person event, but please reach out to
Camden Miller, ACSP Conference Manager camden@acsp.org, with specific conference needs or concerns. Thank you!
Letters for Visa Application or International Travel
If you need a formal letter for travel purposes, email membership@acsp.org with the important details that should be included in the letter.
Certificate or Attendance Documentation
Submit your information here using the form through this link. After the conference is over, ACSP staff will confirm your
attendance by providing a PDF confirmation certificate of attendance sent directly to your email.
Registration for Attendees from Low Resourced Countries
- Eligibility is based on the location of the home institution, not on temporary residences or guest institutions.
-
If your home country is listed below, you may qualify for
low-resourced country registration.
- The list below is determined by the World Bank. Read more about the World Bank's country classification method.
- The ACSP uses two of the World Bank's Income Groups found on this page (scroll to the economies list closer to the bottom). For Fiscal Year 2025 calculated using the World Bank Atlas method:
- Low-income economies are defined as
those with a GNI per capita of $1,145 or less in 2023.
- Lower middle-income economies are those with a GNI per capita between $1,146 and $4,515.
- Please contact membership@acsp.org to ask for assistance to register as an attendee from a low-resourced country.
