the largest events of the year for planning academics and
professionals, the ACSP Annual Conference attracts faculty, researchers
and students from across the United States and
from 30+ countries world-wide. The ACSP Annual Conference is
known for furthering the success of the academic planning community.

Exhibiting Options
The ACSP exhibit hall at each year’s conference is called the “Community Center”. It is a casual and comfortable atmosphere to engage academics who are not hard-core shoppers but need to hear what you have to share. Let us know your goals for your participation and see how ACSP can customize your experience at any budget level. Contact sponsorship@acsp.org.

Authors - During the conference, ACSP provides bookshelf space in our Community Connection Café
for you to promote and advertise your recently published books. This is a nice
opportunity if your publisher won't have an exhibit table this year, and is fun and simple. Bring the copy of the book with you when you come to the conference (no advance shipping for one book).

Authors and Member Departments -
Display recent published books of single authors or multiple authors in
your department. This is also a nice way to co-op with friends
and colleagues. Bring individual books with you (no advance shipping for one book.) or ship them all together in one box to yourself at the hotel. The ACSP is not responsible for tracking your shipments. Shipping center details will be provided.
