Conference Registration

  • No early bird deadlines
  • No late deadlines
  • No partial fees
  • Same fees for members and non-members
  • Virtual Conference registration is based on the honor system of one fee paid per person attending or viewing sessions

A note on registration fees: Fees for the virtual conference are set to ensure that ACSP is able to cover costs including contracting with vendors for virtual conference hosting, the abstract submission system, and the conference registration system. Conference fees also pay for awards, keynote speaker fees, AICP certification fees charged by APA, and to enable us to keep student registration fees much lower. In addition, the annual conference has historically served as a modest revenue generator for ACSP, providing resources to support items such as ACSP staffing, student-focused events, and funding to ACSP committees and interest groups to support special initiatives.
