In addition to purchasing an exhibit, ad or sponsorship, this year, there will also be an opportunity (for a nominal fee) in the Community Center to promote single-title books, with author not represented by a publisher. Let us tell you how this will work with our new, open “Community Center” layout!

This year at #ACSP2019, we will utilize a non-traditional setup for exhibitors and publishers by offering serpentine tables (c-shaped half circles and full circles). The community Center (Exhibit Hall) will also feature a library setting with bookshelves for publishers with a single bookshelf to display books and order forms. The library setting will be an area where attendees and publishers can utilize a soft seating area to network and browse the books on the shelves.

With more options for exhibiting this year, what will you chose? A shelf, maybe 2, a half booth…or one full circle booth? With the various options and price ranges, what are you waiting for?

For more details on the library, exhibits and bookshelves visit or contact the Conference Manager Natalie Lozano at
