The Association of Collegiate Schools of Planning employs a talented group of professionals that diligently work on behalf of our membership. Below is a brief description of who to contact when you need help. Click on the name of the person you want to contact.

Donna Dodd
Most people greet her when they see her at the conference, “Hey!!! You’re ddodd@acsp.org!!!!! I get mail from you all the time!” As a long-time staffer of ACSP, Portland will be her 17th conference.

Laura Ervin
Plans and manages conference logistics and conference food and beverage services, ACSP receptions, special events, book fair, audio visual services, and student volunteers. She is a wife and mother of three middle schoolers and this is her 7th conference with ACSP but her 30th year of conference planning and attending!

Glenda Fisher
Conference assistant, formerly with the DURP at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, ACSP inherited when she retired from UIUC. She continues to come to ACSP conferences to herd the urban planning conference cats! This will be her ninth conference.

Cathy Neal
Membership and Conference Registration Manager. Her IT person is a garden gnome. Seriously!! She is the mother of three boys, and this will be her second conference.

Nicole Smith
Exhibitors, sponsors, advertisers, social media, mobile app, and Community Forum. She is the mother of two, and this will be her second conference.

April Banta
News, all website content management (will be dogging YOU to send her your news and profiles!), and The Guide marketing. She is the mother of one, and Portland will be her first conference.
