Annual Conference Sponsorship Opportunities 

As one of the largest events of the year for planning educators and students, the ACSP Annual Conference attracts nearly 1,200 attendees from across the United States and internationally. Today’s planning academic community is faced with more demands than ever before and is looking to find products and services to help better educate students, assist with on-going research, and implement projects.

Faculty, researchers, and students will travel to Denver for the 2017 ACSP Annual Conference, October 12-15, 2017. This event is known for its non-stop energy for furthering the success of the academic planning community.

At the 2016 Annual Conference, we saw:

  • Nearly 1,200 Attendees
  • More than 75 Posters
  • Between 800-900 Abstracts Accepted for Presentation
  • Approximately 30 Round Table Sessions
  • More than 200 Paper Presentation Sessions

Events Available for Sponsorship at the Conference

  • Conference Registration Sponsor ($15,000): includes logo recognition on event schedule with link to sponsor website, logo recognition on registration-related promotions, logo recognition on conference signage, opportunity to provide promotional item for distribution at registration desk, mobile app logo exposure, one 8x10 booth, mentions and tags through social media, and a full-page ad in the conference program
  • Thursday Continental Breakfast ($7,500): includes logo recognition on event schedule with link to sponsor website, logo recognition on breakfast-related promotions, logo recognition on conference signage, logo recognition on napkins for event, mobile app logo exposure, one 8x10 booth, and a half-page ad in the conference program

  • Workshop Sponsor ($5,000, 2 SOLD, 1 Available): ACSP will provide a time slot during the annual conference for the sponsor to educate potential attendees (topic relevance will dictate attendance numbers and must be approved by ACSP)
