Making Hotel Reservations

Additional Block at the Paramount Hotel - rooms available!

The Hilton is Nearly Sold Out but Not Completely - If you're looking for a room on Thursday, November 3 and Friday, November 4th you'll still be able to make a reservation. All other nights are actually oversold. Call 1-503-226-1611 and ask for In House Reservations. The rate of $149 still applies until October 12 for these two nights. It may also be possible to secure an addition night but at the prevailing rates.

Learn more about the conference hotel, the Hilton Portland & Executive Tower. 921 SW Sixth Avenue, Portland, OR  97204-1296

ACSP Room Rate: Single/Double Occupancy, $149/Night

The sleeping room rate does not include applicable state and local taxes, fees, and assessments. The quoted rate, based on availability, will be offered to attendees three days before and three days after the event dates. In the State of Oregon, the sales tax rate is 0%, the hotel occupancy tax rate is 13.3%, and the Tourism Improvement District fee is 2%.

Registration Deadline: October 12, 2016
Confirmation of rooms after the cut-off date will only be accepted based on availability of contracted room type(s) and at the Hotel’s prevailing rates. We strongly encourage you to make your reservations much earlier than October 12.

Reservation Center Phone Number
Room reservations must be made directly with the hotel room reservation department by calling the toll-free number 1-800-HILTONS. When doing so, it is important to mention you are with the ACSP and that there is a group rate.

Check-In/Out Policy

Check-in time is 4:00 PM; check-out time is 12:00 PM. The bellman can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early and for guests attending functions on departure day.

If a guest has requested a room within the ACSP room block and checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, the Hotel will add an early checkout fee to that guest's individual account of $75.00. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

Important Hotel Policy Notes
All individuals are responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges upon check-out. Incidental charges must be paid in full prior to the guest’s departure, with individual credit being established upon check-in. Sleeping rooms must be secured with a valid credit card provided by the guest attending the event, along with a first night's deposit, refundable up to 72 hours in advance of the event date. Checks and major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment.

Help Finding a Roommate

If you're hoping to share accommodations, email the Association Office (Marybeth@acsp.org) with the intended dates for your stay, your sex, and email address. Your name will be kept on a list and will only be shared with others of the same gender seeking a roommate. The specific arrangements will need to be coordinated between the two of you. Reservations will need to be made and confirmed by one of you directly with the hotel.
