Check-in time is 4:00 PM; check-out time is 12:00 PM. The bellman can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early and for guests attending functions on departure day.
If a guest has requested a room within the ACSP room block and checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, the Hotel will add an early checkout fee to that guest's individual account of $75.00. Important Hotel Policy Notes
Help Finding a Roommate
If you're hoping to share accommodations, email the Association Office (Marybeth@acsp.org) with the intended dates for your stay, your sex, and email address. Your name will be kept on a list and will only be shared with others of the same gender seeking a roommate. The specific arrangements will need to be coordinated between the two of you. Reservations will need to be made and confirmed by one of you directly with the hotel.
