  • If we are unavailable, an automatic message will indicate where we are, when we will return, and who may contact you in the meantime.
  • We will respond to you within 72 hours, but more likely within 24. If we are unable to respond immediately to an in-depth question, we will respond quickly with a future date for a more detailed response.
  • For any email blast messages, unsubscribe options will be clearly noted.

Lisa O'Donnell, lisa@acsp.org

Lisa O'Donnell, ACSP Conference Manager, joined the ACSP team in June 2017. For the past 10 years, Lisa served as membership director for the Florida Association of the American Institute of Architects. In this role, she managed a membership of more than 3,600 architects and associates in Florida, as well as served as trade show & sponsorship director. In 2016, Lisa achieved the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the American Society of Association Executives. When not digging through details of schedules, programs, set up times, and menus, Lisa spends her time with husband Kevin and two young children traveling and exploring Florida parks, springs, and picnic spots. A native of New England and dual citizen of the U.S. and Great Britain, she has embraced the warm and humid climate of Tallahassee, Florida, and only occasionally now yearns for ski season.

April Banta, april@acsp.org

April Banta, ACSP Marketing and Communications Manager, joined the ACSP team in August of 2016 as the web content manager but quickly jumped into so much more than just web development. Her background in event management and logistics working for the League of Southeastern Credit Unions (the association for Alabama and Florida credit unions) for more than 12 years, gives her significant insight into not only what motivates members, but also what motivates sponsors. April is excited to work with leadership to establish efficient processes and strategies that enhance the ACSP mission and benefit its membership. April graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in advertising and enjoys art, music, and entertaining transient family and friends with her husband Joe and daughter Alison; their house is rarely empty, so much so they call it the Banta B&B.
