Summary of Minutes

The Executive Committee:

· paid tribute to Robert Washington with a resolution;

· approved the minutes of the ACSP Executive Committee meeting in New York, April 15, 2000;

· approved the Bursar's report;

· approved a policy on accepting outside funds;

· discussed the proposal from the Institutional Governance Committee on  Constitution revisions;

· reviewed the agreement with Sage regarding the publications of JPER;  

· announced the publication of the 11^th Guide to Undergraduate and Graduate Education in Urban & Regional Planning;

· approved the appointment of a student representative to the Conference Committee;

· approved the PAB recommendations regarding changes to the Accreditation document; and

· announced the forthcoming Ph.D. Workshop which will be held August 15-18, 2001 on Catalina Island.
