· approved the minutes of the ACSP Executive Committee Meeting in Pasadena, November 4, 1998;

· accepted the report of the Free Speech and the Internet Committee;

· approved a new policy concerning the use of surveys by ACSP Committees and Task Forces;

· charged the Officers to meet with the leadership of the Global Planning Educators Interest Group in order to identify issues and facilitate communication networks;

· empowered the ACSP President to contract for staff services;

· approved a financial review;

· approved the expansion of the JPER signature;

· approved the budget as proposed. As a result membership dues would increase for 1999-2000 to:
