Summary of Minutes

The Executive Committee:

· approved the minutes of the ACSP Executive Committee Meeting in Chicago, October 20, 1999;

· approved the Bursar's report;

· agreed to go with a commercial press for JPER;

· charged the President or the Vice President to negotiate a contract with Sage regarding publishing JPER;

· agreed to distribute the institutional data document to the Chairs as a preliminary document;  

· approved the budget with the amendment of increasing the President's discretionary fund from $1000 to $2500

· thanked and formally recognized Mickey Lauria and Robert Washington for their contribution to ACSP as Editors of JPER.
