To teach classes in the Oregon Leadership in Sustainability Program. Our intent is to establish a local teaching pool for possible appointments in leadership training, organizational and community change, climate change mitigation and adaptation planning, hazard mitigation and disaster recovery planning, energy management, carbon inventory analysis, planning analysis, public management, policy analysis, and other specialized areas of sustainability planning including transportation analysis, water and wastewater, sustainable development, fiscal analysis, pro-forma development, landscape analysis, We seek candidates with demonstrated effectiveness in working with students, faculty, and staff from diverse backgrounds.
Advanced degree required; in exceptional circumstances; a BA/BS degree and evidence of substantial professional experience may substitute for degree. Ph.D. and previous teaching experience in the course(s) to be taught preferred.

Terms of appointments: Appointments may be for one term (eleven weeks) or multiple-terms not to exceed one-year appointments and maybe renewed for up to three years. Appointments may also be for shorter courses of one to two weeks. These appointments are contingent on funding and performance. Salary is dependent on education and experience.
