Visiting Assistant Professor
The successful candidate will teach three courses the first semester (Fall), and two courses in the second semester (Spring), plus provide student advisement (primarily in the Spring semester) including overseeing student internships, independent studies and Master’s papers in land use and environmental topic areas. Subject areas for courses include: planning process, plans, and community design; plan implementation; and undergraduate and graduate level environmental planning courses.
Although this is primarily a teaching position, the successful candidate is expected to participate fully in the life of the department by attending meetings and serving on committees.
