RE: 2012 ACSP Governing Board Election Results

As the chair of the ACSP Nominating and Elections Committee, I write to inform you of the results of this year's elections for Regional Representative to the ACSP Governing Board.

• Northeast: Bill Goldsmith, Cornell University
• Southeast: Nisha Botchwey, Georgia Institute of Technology
• Midwest: Susan Roakes, University of Memphis
• Central: Michael Frisch, University of Missouri-Kansas City
• West: Karen Umemoto, University of Hawaii at Manoa

Congratulations to each of these newly-elected members of the Board and thanks for all those individuals who were nominated and ran for election. These new representatives will take office at the Business Meeting at the ACSP Annual Conference in Cincinnati in the fall.

Thanks to all the schools, their faculty and program administrators, for participating in this year's elections. We had very good partitipation!

If you are interested in running for election to the Governing Board next year, open positions will be for regional representative for all five regions, for Vice President/President-Elect, for Secretary, and for Treasurer. Announcements and the Call for Nominations will be sent out through Planet and through the ACSP list serve.
