Full-time faculty position in Urban Economic & Workforce Development (Tenure-Track)
The New School seeks an expert in urban economic development who is well versed in strategies to improve economic conditions in urban areas, including, workforce development, industrial policy, business
incubation, small business assistance, and manufacturing retention. Expertise in economic development policy in the United States is essential; international expertise is desirable.
Faculty position in Environmental Policy or Sustainability Management (Tenure-Track)
The New School seeks to fill a newly-created tenure track faculty position in Environmental Policy and Sustainability Management, with a focus in Sustainability Strategy, Environmental and Resource Economics, Environmental Assessment, or Urban Environmental Policy. The successful candidate will lead the introduction of a proposed (pending state approval) master’s degree in environmental policy and sustainability management.
Faculty position in Nonprofit Management (Tenure-Track)
The New School seeks a full-time faculty member with expertise in the area of nonprofit (NPM) or non-governmental (NGO) management, in the United States or in global settings, with preference is for expertise in diversity, leadership and change, and/or globalization in the nonprofit/voluntary/ngo sector.
