Call for Nominations - 2010 UN-HABITAT Cities Lecture Award; deadline November 30
The deadline for the award will be extended to 30 November 2009.
The selected individual receives an Award of US10,000 and a commemorative plaque signed by the executive director of UN-HABITAT.
Eligibility criteria for the 2010 Award:
Imagining Home, which was recently finished, will premiere in the 36th Northwest Film and Video Festival on November 14th.
Imagining Home, a one-hour documentary, traces the transformation of a historic, maligned, and cherished public housing neighborhood in Portland, Oregon into a multi-cultural, mixed-income urban development.
