#ACSP2017 is fast approaching and we're looking forward to seeing you in Denver! Mark your calendars for the following conference-related deadlines:

September 18
Presenter’s Registration Deadline

All paper presenters, roundtable participants, discussants and anyone with their name in the program must register before September 18th. After September 18th, we will remove non-registered presenter's names from the program assuming that you are unable to attend.

October 2
Final Paper Submission Deadline

Final papers are required for those presenting in a paper session or pre-organized session, but not required for posters, roundtables, or lightning presentations. The names of authors (that submit by the October 2nd deadline) and the titles of their presentations will be highlighted in the program / conference app as having papers available on request for attendees. Conference attendees often use this information to judge the quality of a session they are considering attending. Submission instructions are found here.

October 6
On-line Conference Registration Closes

After October 6, on-line registration will no longer be available. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged and offers the most add-on options. On-site registration will be available for the conference, reception and Saturday lunch until capacity is reached.

FWIG and GPEIG Lunch Tickets – tickets for both of these special events must be purchased in advance. Tickets will not be sold at the conference venue in Denver. While processing your registration, please be sure to look for these and other event options
