Making Reservations
Guestroom reservations must be made directly with the hotel's reservations department on an individual basis. Attendees must identify themselves with the ACSP to qualify for the group rate. For this conference, typically Friday night sells out first so if you plan to be with us for the duration make your reservations early!

Web Reservations
Rates and Deadlines - Single/Double Occupancy rate is $139/night. Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes which are currently 17%. The "cut-off date" is October 5, 2012. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the group rate.

Check-in: 3:00pm; check-out 12:00pm; Express check-out available; Video Review Billing; and Video Check-out available.
Parking
Valet parking is available at the hotel. Current valet parking charges are $23.00 a day with in/out privileges. Tower Place Garage is located directly across the street from the hotel valet entrance. This is a self-park garage and based on time duration per day - 12-24 hours is $15. There are no in and out privileges in this garage.
Internet Access
The Association will once again be providing a Cyber Cafe for all attendde's complimentary wireless internet access.
Directions, Maps and Transportation
The Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport is located twelve miles from downtown Cincinnati and the Hilton – just a short 15 minute drive! Shuttle service to the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza is provided by Executive Transportation for $20.00 one way and $30.00 round-trip. Please call 1-800-990-8841 the day prior to your arrival or departure to guarantee your reservation. Same day reservations can be accommodated based upon availability. Taxis run 24 hours a day at a set fee of $27 from the airport to downtown Cincinnati.

Beautifully appointed guestrooms feature "The Serenity Bed'', with one king, one queen bed or two double beds and a work desk with 5 point chair. All rooms have a full size chair and ottoman, high-speed internet access available, voice mail, coffeemakers, iron and board.

Restaurants and Lounges
No matter how limited or extensive a person's time or budget, no one will ever go hungry in this city! From the city’s own 5-way chili to the Hilton’s own Restaurants at Palm Court, Cincinnati has it! Since the hotel is located within the Carew Tower Shopping and Dining Complex, there are over 20 restaurants just steps from the hotel lobby, including Morton’s Steakhouse, Boi Na Braza Brazilian Steakhouse, Orchids at Palm Court, The Grille at Palm Court, Margarita’s, Hathaway’s Coffee Shop, JeanRo French Bistro & Bar, Palomino and Sunny Deli. In addition, downtown’s only food court is located in the complex and offers budget priced options, including Subway, Chick-Fil-A, Sbarro Pizza, Gold Star Chili and many other popular favorites.
Recreational Facilities
The Gym at Carew Tower, located on the Hilton's lower level, is open to all registered guests. This 13,000 square-foot complex is the largest downtown and features the latest in fitness equipment, a lap pool, aerobics studio, sauna, steam room, and a whirlpool. For joggers, there are several scenic routes around downtown.

Centrally located in the heart of a safe, vibrant, and growing downtown area, Cincinnati has the arts, entertainment, professional sports and attractions one might find in a “big city”, but with the benefits of a medium-sized city.
Our downtown location, adjacent to Cincinnati’s famed Fountain Square, continues to thrive and improve. The hotel is within the Carew Tower Shopping and Dining complex. Just steps from the lobby are over 35 specialty shops and restaurants, including; Morton’s Steakhouse, T.J. Maxx, Havana Martini Club, Nine West, Boi Na Braza Brazilian Steakhouse, Macy’s, Margarita’s, Saks Fifth Avenue and Tiffany & Co.
The Cincinnati Reds and Hall of Fame, the Cincinnati Bengal’s, museums, theater, Ballet, nightlife and dining entertainment are all within blocks of the hotel. The hotel is also adjacent to famed Fountain Square – the city’s cultural and recreational hub. A $42 million dollar renovation was completed on the square and the area now offers a selection of restaurants, a 42 ft State of the Art Video Board, daily scheduled programs designed for visitors’ enjoyment – from Karaoke to Ice Skating, a water wall and the Tyler Davidson Fountain. Riverboat cruises, Opera, Symphony Orchestra, the Newport Aquarium and additional family fun activities are just a very short cab or city shuttle ride away.
